"Imagine being a first responder to a group of lost people in a forest debating on what to do first. There's limited process, tools, and direction to get things done but all the while some sort of hierarchy to work within. The College of Humanities and Business taught me skills in how to best communicate with people to accomplish or design a process to get things done.
